The cw season has been awfully quiet this June and July so we decided to make a little battle between our own clan members. Yesterday was the day of our first clan tournament which was a private event.
We played 20 maps with edited league points so that we can have more than 10 players join the fun. Sadly though the attendence wasn't as good as I was hoping it to be, people have to be more responsive the next time we do this. We were only 15 players max. Still you can't take away the fun aspect and the competetiveness of our members.
Some things have to be improved for the next time, picking maps for these tournaments isn't as easy as you think
some people will always be disappointed with the picks, but that is just a part of the game.
At first it was a wild battle for the first spots, however later on it was clear that Fenster is dominating the competition, in the end with 1575 points. Second place had only 1410 points, which was Enynight, 3rd place was me(Davy) with 1375 points. 4th - Wenom(1130), 5th - Caution(1055), 6th - Fastpaul(1020), 7th - Eif(965), 8th - Root(780), 9th - Dogan(640), 10th - Jaykayel(415), 11th - Fasthandy(375), 12th - Ford(365), 13th - Orion(200), 14th - Zemaitis(195), 15th - Delta(100)
Keep in mind however, that many of the players were not present for the full time of the tournament, some had to go, some just quit, but overall it was fun.
